Skin and face is texture, tone, the under eyes and the jaw. Body, laser and recovery is the rest. Separate problems, same clinicians, same medical record, so nothing is sold twice.
Skin and face
A sixty minute medical facial at one end, rebuilding collagen at depth at the other. Between them sit Hydrafacial, microneedling with Platelet rich fibrin, spun from your own blood and placed back where the skin needs repair. No foreign material., Morpheus8, Dissolvable sutures placed under the skin to lift and, as they dissolve, to build collagen along their path., relaxers, fillers and Sculptra.
Body, laser and recovery
Morpheus8 on the body for skin that loosened after the weight came off. Lymphatic drainage after surgery or a long flight. Laser hair removal for the things you would rather stop maintaining yourself, and an IV drip, infrared sauna or massage when the week has been too long.
Where the two meet
Skin on the body is still skin. Resurfacing, tightening and pigment work run on the same FDA cleared devices wherever the area is, and one clinician plans both.
What sits underneath
If your skin is inflamed, your sleep is broken or your iron is on the floor, no facial fixes it. We will say so, and point you at the bloodwork rather than sell you a course of six.

A facial is not a treatment plan
It is maintenance, and worth having. But if you came in about the line at your jaw, no amount of facials is the answer, and we would rather say so on the first visit.
Most of this needs repeating
Injectables, resurfacing and tightening are not permanent. We tell you how long yours lasts and what it costs to keep, before you spend anything.
Individual results vary. Nothing here is a guarantee of an outcome. Timelines are typical ranges; yours depend on your starting point, your bloodwork and how consistently a plan is followed.
Elective treatment. Downtime, contraindications and alternatives are discussed at consultation, a physician assesses suitability for every injectable at every visit, and consent is taken in writing before any procedure.
Some of you should wait
In your twenties, for most of this, the honest answer is not yet. Sunscreen, sleep and a retinoid will do more for the next five years than anything on this page, and they cost almost nothing.
We do not do the dramatic version
No overfilled faces, no pulled skin, no result that only works from one angle. If what you want is a different face, we are not the clinic and we will say so politely on the first visit.

Not if we have done it properly. Most of what is here works over weeks, which is the point. The things with visible downtime, like Morpheus8 and lifting threads, are named as such before you book.
Where do I start if I have no idea what I need?
The signature facial at $250. It is a real treatment, it tells us how your skin behaves, and it commits you to nothing. Most plans here start there.
Do you do Botox and filler in Manhattan?
Yes, by consult, and not on a first visit. Wrinkle relaxers are from $14 a unit and hyaluronic acid fillers from $800 a syringe. We would rather see how your skin responds to the basics before injecting anything that changes the shape of your face, and a physician assesses suitability at every visit.
How much do aesthetic treatments cost at Club 116?
Every price is published on the prices page. A signature facial is $250, Hydrafacial $275, microneedling with PRF $850, under eye PRF $650, Morpheus8 from $900 and PDO thread lifts from $900. A course is quoted as a total before you commit to the first session, and members pay 20 percent less.
What is the best treatment for tired looking under eyes?
For hollowing and a tired look, under eye PRF at $650 uses your own platelets rather than filler, with results building over a course of three. If the problem is pigment or fine lines, a different plan applies. The consult decides, and we say so before you book.
Can I combine this with the hair side?
Yes, and many people do. One record, one team, one address, and the bloodwork is shared rather than run twice.
What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Tell us at booking. Several things on this page are not appropriate and we will move you to the ones that are rather than quietly proceeding.
