What We Do With Your Details.
In plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not really a privacy policy. This covers the website. Your clinical records are handled separately and to a higher standard.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form here: your name, email, phone number, the service you asked about, when you would like to come in, and how you heard about us. Nothing else. We do not ask for medical history on this website.
This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. If that changes, this page changes first and you will see a cookie notice before anything is set.
Why we have it
To call you back and book your appointment, and to answer the question you asked. That is the whole purpose.
If you join the mailing list we use your email to send one email a month. Every one has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
Who else sees it
Our own team, and the booking and email software we use to run the clinic. Those suppliers process your details on our instructions and cannot use them for anything of their own.
We do not sell your details. We do not rent them, trade them, or hand them to advertisers. There is no circumstance in which we would.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a booking is deleted within twelve months. Mailing list details stay until you unsubscribe.
Once you become a patient, your clinical record is kept for the period New York State requires of medical practices, which is longer, and is held separately from anything on this website.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a clinical record.
No hoops, no form to fill in, no fee. Ask at the front desk or in writing and a person will deal with it.
Health information
Anything you tell a clinician, and everything in your chart, is protected health information and is governed by HIPAA and by New York State law, not by this page. You will be given our Notice of Privacy Practices at your first visit.
Please do not put medical detail into the booking form on this website. Tell us in person or on the phone, where it is properly protected.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Clinical systems are separate, access controlled and audited.
No system is perfect. If something ever went wrong in a way that affected you, we would tell you, promptly and directly.
Children
This website is not aimed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect details from children. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
