Nothing on this site creates a doctor and patient relationship. That begins at your first consultation, in person.

Prices

Prices shown are starting prices and were correct when published. What you actually pay depends on the size of the area, the length of the course, and in the case of transplants the number of grafts, which is why we quote you an exact figure at the consult before you commit to anything.

We will always tell you the full cost before you agree to it. Prices can change, but never after you have been quoted.

Booking and cancellation

We hold your appointment with a card on file. You are only charged if you cancel inside 24 hours, or do not arrive.

A booking request sent through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. It is confirmed when we have spoken to you.

Results

We do not promise a specific result, and we do not publish success percentages. Outcomes vary between people and depend on your biology, your history and how closely a plan is followed.

Where we show member outcomes, they are that member’s own measured results, published with their written consent.
