Most exosome treatments on our menu ride on microneedling, where fine needles open controlled micro channels so the skin rebuilds its own collagen and the booster goes in as they open. That is the right choice when the skin needs resurfacing. Sometimes it does not. Skin in a rosacea flare, skin healing from a laser or a peel, or skin that has been over treated elsewhere needs to be left alone and helped, not injured again. Exoblank is that option. The preparation opens the surface gently, the serum goes on, and the LED helps it absorb and calms the skin further. In the United States exosome products are applied topically and are not injected, and this treatment involves no needle of any kind.

The skin is cleansed and lightly prepared so the surface can absorb. The Exoblank exosome serum is applied across the face and left to absorb under LED light for the rest of the session. It feels cool, then warm under the light. There are no needles and nothing that stings.
Nothing to hide. The skin may look slightly flushed for an hour from the LED. You can put on sunscreen and leave. Makeup the same day if you need it, though we suggest leaving the serum to work until the evening.
Calmer within days. Used once after a stronger treatment to speed recovery, or as a course of three, two to four weeks apart, for damaged or reactive skin. The clinician sets the rhythm at the consult.

Downtime and aftercare
None. Leave the serum on the skin until the evening if you can. Sunscreen every day. Nothing active (no retinol or acids) for forty eight hours, and a bland moisturizer while the skin is reactive. Sauna, hard training and makeup can wait until the next morning.
Not for you if
You are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection or a cold sore in the area, or a known allergy to an ingredient in the serum. If your skin is not inflamed and you are looking for texture or scarring change, microneedling with exosomes is the better spend, and we will say so.
